Simon has been practising yoga for ten years and has developed his own yoga techniques that anyone of any age can take up.
He will enhance your yoga experience using specific breathing and stretching methods. Yoga will help open up the energy channels and remove the mental stimulation that most people experience daily. Unwind and relax with this energising and uplifting yoga class.
Tuesday: 9.30 – 10.30 a.m. with Simon
Wednesday: 4.30 – 5.30 pm MEDITATION with Simon
Thursday: 9.30 – 10.30 a.m. with Adrienne
Saturday: 8.30 – 9.30 a.m. with Adrienne
