LOFTUS HALL
Loftus Hall is reported to be the most haunted house in Ireland. Take our guided tour of the ground floor: hear the history and Legend of Loftus Hall! They offer guided house tours and have a cafe, gift shop, walled gardens, bike hire, a courtyard, and private beach, along with ample parking, toilet facilities, free wifi, & is fully accessible for wheelchairs. HOOK LIGHTHOUSE
Visit one of the oldest operational lighthouses in the world. Guided tours of the lighthouse, multi-lingual literature, café, craft shop and car parking available onsite.
KILMORE QUAY MARITIME MUSEUM
The Kilmore Maritime Museum is situated in Kilmore Quay a fishing village 13 miles from Rosslare. The museum is housed on board the “Guillemot” – the last remaining complete lightship.
WEXFORD COUNTY MUSEUM
The setting of the County Museum is that of the old Norman castle, built in the first quarter of the 13th Century. This is located in Enniscorthy 20 miles from Rosslare. The Museum illustrates in a magnificent way the storied past of the county in all its varied aspects, ecclesiastical, military, maritime, agricultural and industrial.
KILTREA BRIDGE POTTERY
Enniscorthy’s fabulous potter tradition is alive and well at Kiltrea! Go see their breath-taking selection of hand-thrown plant pots and casual tableware including spectacular one-off pieces and keenly priced seasonal specials. Open 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. / 2.00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. – Monday to Saturday.
JOHN F. KENNEDY ARBORETUM
It includes 200 forest plots, a visitor centre, signposted walks and a picnic area. A pony and trap transport system and miniature railway operate during the season. The cafe and shop are open from May to September.
KENNEDY HOMESTEAD
The original homestead and farmyard of J.F. Kennedy’s great-grandfather and famous for President Kennedy’s visit in July 1963. Audiovisual display and unique Collection of JFK’s memorabilia.
