Renowned chefs Neven Maguire, Eugene Callaghan and Stephane Rochard will share their culinary secrets with you during the week at Kellys Hotel in Rosslare.
Neven Maguire has always had a passion for food and has won many awards for his cooking, including Jameson Chef of the Year 2004. He is well known for his appearances on Open House and his work with Dunnes Stores. His easy manner and straightforward style have made him hugely popular on TV and at many cookery demonstrations around the country.
Executive Chef Eugene Callaghan won Roux Brothers “Chef of the Year” award in 1991. He gained valuable international experience in Belgium, Switzerland, France and at Roscoff’s in Belfast prior to joining us in La Marine Bistro. Learn how tasty bistro-style dishes can easily be accomplished at home.
Stephane Rochard is a talented French Pastry Chef, who has vast experience from working in France at many Gastronomic Restaurants. He will show you his passion for being creative while turning simple desserts into a work of art.
