29 September - 4 October
COLM BRENNAN has been involved in sculpture since the mid 1970's. In 1987 he co-established CAST Ltd - Bronze foundry in Dublin. The range of Fine Art works which the Cast Ltd covers, everything from medallions for the Irish Air Corps to the monumental sculpture of John Behan for the United Nations Grounds in New York. Colm's sculpture travels twin paths of abstraction and naturalism. Tuesday 11am to 1pm
ROWAN GILLESPIE is almost unique among the bronze casting fraternity in that he works completely alone - from inception to unveiling. Early commission from the Bank of Ireland led to major international projects but perhaps his best known work is the award winning "Famine" sculpture. Rowan's work is very evident in the hotel with "Enigma" gracing our gardens and “Imagine” being admired in Beaches dining room. Wednesday 11am to 1pm
